The Linserhof consists of 2 buildings linked by the indoor pool, sauna and fitness room area. It is just a little further on from the Hotel Belmont above the town of Imst and is in a wonderfully peaceful location.

- Most of the 50 rooms are Austrian twins with a sofa bed and they are comfortable for 2 adults and up to 2 children. There are a couple of tower rooms which are larger and have a lounge area. All rooms have ensuite facilities and tv (although all the channels are German speaking).

- Leisure facilities:
- pool table, table football, table tennis, childen's playground, wellness area, tennis courts (payable), swimming lake.
- Wellness facilities:
- indoor pool, sauna and gym. For a small fee guests at the Linserhof can also use the facilities at the nearby Belmont hotel (pool, finnish sauna, steam room, bio sauna and jacuzzi).
Hotel Linserhof 
There is a children’s games room with table football and a children’s playground area. Table tennis and a pool/billiards table is also available. Outside there is also a natural lake which you can swim in, 2 tennis courts (payable) and a small children’s outside play area. Bikes are also available through the hotel for hire. There is a car park by the hotel. Prices are for half board (breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course dinner). The hotel has a bar next to the restaurant and a large sunny terrace.Breakfast buffet is until 10.30 a.m, there is an afternoon snack and then a 3-course dinner – served or arranged as a buffet. There is also a kids buffet or menu each evening.
