Landhotel Rupertus 
An ideal location and hotel for those looking for a restorative active holiday – the Herzog family will welcome you warmly. Breakfast (organic) and dinner are served in the restaurant on the ground floor which has a lovely view out across the mountain and each day there are fresh cakes homemade by Frau Herzog.
The double rooms are Austrian twins – all are en-suite and well decorated. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The rooms have a sofa which can be transformed to make extra beds. All the junior suites have internet connections and there is wifi available in the public areas. (5€ for 6 days). The hotel is continually upgrading the rooms and facilities and has a new relaxation area with double hanging beds in a corner of the gardens where you can relax looking up at the mountains - a perfect way to spend your afternoon!
There is an activity programme which included free walks, exercise classes and a guided bike ride each week. (Both Nadja Herzog and her father are qualified bike guides and the hotel is proud of its status as a member of the Austrian Mountain bike Holidays organisation). One of the most popular activities is the evening Leos_gang_art walk. This is a 3km circular route with various sculptures and art installations by local artists along the way. It starts outside the hotel and goes along the foot of the Asitz. You can sign up for these activities at reception.

Hobby Mountainbikers from all over the world get ready to fight for the medals at the 12th World Games of Mountain Biking in Saalbach Hinterglemm. Around a thousand bikers determine the Amateur World Champion in the disciplines Marathon, Cross Country, Downhill and Freeride-Eliminator.
