The Nature Resort
There are 60 beds in total in this hideaway in the Oetz Valley as well as a wellness area (the WellnNest), a restaurant, a bike rental shop, climbing wall, beach volleyball court, kids playground, teepees and archery ground.
Choose your accommodation from a double room to an apartment or a chalet. There are 7 guest houses located around a central area and they are built mainly from wood -inside and outside - and are of a high standard. These houses have different size apartments within sleeping from 2 to 7 people.
Prices are based on self catering, but there are various different board options available. There is a daily breakfast service where fresh breadrolls, organic specialities, cold meats and cheeses are delivered to your apartment each morning. "The Genuss am Fluss" restaurant on site is open for breakfast, snacks during the day and evening meals. Half board is available at a price of £100pp per week.
Packages are also available such as the Adventure week packages - these include bed and breakfast accommodation for 7 nights, welcome drink, free mountain bike hire, use of the WellNest and a 24 point FeelFree activity card (see Doing More for how to use these points). These prices also include the transfers to the activities.

Alpine lifestyle combined with stylish luxury. Living, sleeping and taking baths in this unique relaxing accommodation fitted with ecologically high quality wood sand materials. Ensuite bathroom, shower, partly with Jacuzzi bath, separate WC, kitchen, wood floor, snuggle sofa, desk and large, furnished terrace. Including satellite TV, radio, fridge, internet connection and room safe.
Tyrolean House Seinerzeit 30 sq m (2 room apt)
This room is available by request only.
A traditional cabin style , but with modern comforts this is a small house with a terrace. Living room with fitted kitchen and corener seating area. Double bedroom, shower and toilet on ground floor. A small staircase leads up to a sleeping area for 2 or 3 more people.
Cottage Chalet Tyrol for 6 people (approx 34 m2) (3 room apt)

A holiday home to fall in love with! Lots of space for 4-5 people with 1 bedroom for 2 people, cosy living/dining room and pantry kitchen, separate WC as well as large terrace on the basement. The gallery houses the loft bedroom with large double bed.
Chalet Apartment Charme (2 room apt)
This room is available by request only.
A holiday dream on two levels for 4 - 5 people. The lower floor contains the cosy, comfortable living space with Tyrolean tiled stove, corner seats and kitchenette including sink, microwave and cooker aswell as one of the 2 large double bedrooms with shower/WC, internet connection, satellite TV, radio. A wooden staircase leads to the living gallery with cosy reading corner (and second internet connection) as well as the second bedroom.
