This tour through the Salzkammergut - often referred to as the Sound of Music region - is full of history
10 Lakes Tour
After travelling just a few kilometres, you will find yourself out of the city and in a unspoit countryside
The gently undulating landscape of the Salzburger Voralpenland is a delight with exquisiete and beautifully clean lakes tempting you to stop and admire the scenery.
The route travels along the lakeside and the banks of the river Salzach and is generally flat - being self-guided, the proportion on cycle tracks varies but about one third is on cycle tracks whilst the rest is on country lanes and paths.
