It had been a difficult week on the channel crossings with the strike at Brittany Ferries - strike has now been called off - but it was nice to receive a letter of appreciation from one of our customers..........
Letter received this week from a customer from Paisley, Scotland
"My holiday in Brittany was going great guns when, out of the blue, it took a nose dive. The ferry I was booked on to get me home would not be running due to a strike by all Brittany Ferry crews. Before I could get into panic mode Zenith was in touch and, it seemed within minutes, I was back under control and my return trip all sorted. Mark you it meant driving over to Calais and staying in a hotel for a night but Zenith sorted that as well. Sometimes, even the best laid holiday plans get into a muddle so it's comforting to know there is someone there to help take the strain. Thank you Zenith. See you soon."
