Zenith Holidays raises money for Matthew's Friends
Since last year Zenith has supported the charity Matthew's Friends and this winter we have been encouraging our overseas staff to join in........
The Alpe D'Huez Zenith holiday team will be cycling the infamously difficult 21 bends to raise money for Matthew's friends.
This route is part of the Tour de France, and covers 13.8km with an average of 7.9% incline: most certainly not for the unfit or faint hearted. The record for this distance is 37 mins 5 secs - let's see how the boys do!!!!
Unfortunately Leah is unable to participate due to injury but Pete, Wilf and Mat will all be giving this a go!
Down in Serre Chevalier the team have organised a sponsored walk from Briancon to Monetier - ther's fresh snow on the roads so it could be in snowshoes!
Matthew's friends is a charity which promotes Epilepsy awareness and the Ketogenic Diet, aiming to provide a brighter future for those who suffer with childhood epilepsy.
If anyone would like to donate to this charity our teams set up a justgiving page.
