Coasteering

Not for the faint-hearted, this has to be the most extreme activity going!

Coasteering, also known as coastal traversing, gives you the opportunity to explore Jersey's coastline from an unusual perspective. Scrambling around the rocky headland, you will swim through caves and test your nerve by undertaking a series of challenging cliff jumps!

c Combining elements of rock climbing, swimming and jumping, you don’t need any previous experience, only the enthusiasm to throw yourself off a cliff!

Great fun in groups and.............don’t worry! Despite this being an extreme sport, all you really need alongside your nerve is that you are a competent swimmer and reasonably fit.

For mixed ability groups the instructor will provide you with a variety of routes and jump alternatives.

What’s Included - an instructor who will guide you around the cliffs, a wetsuit, bouyancy aid, helmet, and the chance to do an impression of a lemming.

What’s NOT - trainers and your nerve!!

Appropriate clothing - Wear swimming attire and an old pair of trainers that you don’t mind getting wet.

Do remember to bring a towel and a change of clothes.
