Chalet Serac
The Chalet Serac is an excellent self catered chalet which is located in les Praz - just 2.5 km from Chamonix.
The chalet is 120 sqm chalet and can sleep 6/7 people in comfort - it is an ideal family option for those who are driving to resort since it is a bit outside the centre of Chamonix
The chalet detaisl are as follows:
Equiped kitchen with gaz, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer.
Living room / lounge with TV, DVD player, CD player, WIFI, fireplace. Separate toilet.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds - 1 with TV, balcony and view of the Mont Blanc. A triple bedroom with double and a single sofa bed.
A bathroom with bath, another one with bath and shower. Separate toilet.
Underground: sauna + shower. Washing machine and dryer.
Garage, ski locker. Electric piano.
Balcony, terrace, garden, very nice view of the Mont Blanc and Les Drus.
The Chalet Serac is a no-smoking chalet and it does not accept pets.
