The Chalet is was built last year and is 135 sqm and is configured for 10 people.

It is located just 200m from the Prarion cable car.

Chalet layout:

fully equipped kitchen, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.

Lounge, dining room with TV, DVD player, satellite, internet access. Toilets. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

1st floor:

2 double bedrooms (160) and 2 twin bedrooms, all ensuites with shower room + toilets.

2nd floor:
a double ensuite bedroom (160) with bath + toilets.

Terrace, ski locker, car park.

This is a cosy chalet , well located in resort and with a terrfic view of Mont Blanc!
