- The main reception in the Balcons de Sirius is open:- Sunday: 9.15am - 7pm. Monday - Friday: 9.15am - 12.30pm and 3.15pm - 7pm. Saturday: 8.15am - 9pm.

- If you do not use all the beds in your apartment, your price will be reduced by £55 per unoccupied bed. This rebate will be applied to your account once all names have been put on your booking and before it is time to pay the balance on your holiday.

Les Balcons de Sirius 
The swimming pool is open Sunday – Friday from 10am until 8.30pm and Saturdays from 4pm until 8pm. The bar is open everyday from 4pm until 10pm except Wednesdays when it is closed. All apartments have a flat screen tv with 12 channels (although currently only one of these in English – CNN.
Prices include bed linen, towels and end of week cleaning(although you will need to strip the beds and do any washing up before leaving). Cleaning kits (with bin bags, a toilet roll, dish cloth, sponge and multi use cleaning liquid) are available for 3€ (4 € if you would like dishwasher tablets). Cots and high chairs available to rent for the week. All kitchens have dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, fridge and 4 oven rings.
There is a deposit of 250€ per apartment which can be paid by giving reception your credit card details on arrival. Internet is available in the reception area – you can buy cards from reception and use the internet terminals there or your own laptop. Reception also have hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, raclette and pierrade sets and also pressure cookers. They sell stamps and telephone cards as well as the internet cards. There is a telephone in each apartment and you can ask reception to open the line for you – you will be billed at the end of the week for any usage.

Apartment sleeping 5/6 (45 sq m) (2 room apt)
2 separate twin rooms and a set of bunks in the corner of the main room. 2 Bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath ) and a separate toilet. Balcony and ski locker.
Studio sleeping 2/3 (25 sq m) (studio)
One bed in the entrance hall and a double sofa bed in the lounge (can also be made up as a twin bed). Bathroom with bath and toilet. Balcony and ski locker.
Duplex sleeping 5 (50 sq m) (duplex)
A sofa bed in the lounge (can be made up as twin or double) and 3 single beds on the mezzanine. There are 2 bathrooms – one downstairs with shower and toilet and one on the mezzanine. Storage areas in entrance and on mezzanine. The upstairs bathroom has bath and toilet.
Apartment sleeping 3/4 (30 sq m) (1 room apt)
One bedroom with twin beds (separated by sliding door) and a double sofa bed in the lounge (can be made up as twin or double). There is one Bathroom (bath) and a separate toilet. There is reasonable storage area and there is a balcony.
Duplex Sleeping 6 (55m2) (duplex)
This room is available by request only.
Groundfloor: Bedroom with 2 single beds or a set bunkbeds. Bathroom with shower. Toilets separates. Fully-fitted kitchen corner (electric and microwave oven/electric hob/refrigerator and dish-washer).
Main room with one sofa bed for 1 people.
Upper level: 2 Bedrooms with 2 single beds wich can be joined together to make a double one. Bathroom with bath and toilets.
Each appartment has a private balcony and a ski locker that can accomodate one mountain bike.
