Warm Provençal colours echo throughout these contemporarily designed apartments. Choose from the 4 person suites, Vauban, Fort de L'Olive and La Lauzette or the larger 6 person La Croix de Bretagne, Le Fort des Tetes and La Grande Maille and right at the top of the building, the magnificent 8/10 person mezzanine apartment, La Collegiale.
Since opening in July 2007, the Spirit has gained a considerable reputation as one of the best places to eat in the area. Breakfast, lunch and delicious tapas snacks are available in the beautiful vaulted rooms on the ground floor of the building.
Compliment your stay at the Residence du Temple with either bed & breakfast or half board. The Spirit also offers a fresh a la carte menu at midday and in the evenings, with menus from 18€.
A deposit of 200€ per apartment is payable on arrival in cash or CC refundable upon departure.

With two bedrooms these apartments are ideal for a larger family of 6 or 4 friends sharing a spacious modern apartment ideally located in the very centre of the old town. These apartments have one double room, one bunk room and a double sofa bed in the lounge area and a shower room with toilet.
4 bedroom apartment for 7/8 (4 room apt)
This room is available by request only.
Choose our mezzanine suite with 4 bedrooms, which sleeps up to 8/10 people. Easily the most spacious accommodation to be found in the old town of Briançon. This mezzanine, or split level, apartment can sleep up to 10 people although is perfect for a one or two families of up to 8 people. There are 3 separate bedrooms and a mezzanine room each sleeping 2 people well as a sofa bed in the lounge area. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet.
