Formerly known as the Chalet 52 -the 4 star Residence L'Adret which opened in 2009 has been a fabulous addition to Serre Chevalier. It is located just a short walk from the main lifts in Chantemerle and many of the apartments look out towards the ski runs.

- All rooms and suites are apartment style and have a kitchen area with microwave, fridge, grill, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, large flat screen tv, dvd player and a safe. Bathrooms have power shower, hairdryer and WC. Beds are made on arrival and towels and a separate bathrobe for the pool are included. Please note : not all rooms have a sofa bed - please request one where needed.

Ski Holidays at L'Adret
The L'Adret was my destination of choice for half term Feb '12 - excellent base and the ski school was great with my son getting his 3 star and my daughter her 2 star....comfortable spacious accommodation but beware tyhe pool is on the cold side and wifi is not available throughout but just in the reception area......

The residence has 52 (hence it's original name) apartment style rooms of varying sizes. There is a games area, underground parking (10€ per day or 39€ per week- should be reserved in advance to ensure a space) , ski store with lockers and boot drying system.
The residence is across the road from the main lifts (5-10 minute walk). Wifi is available free of charge in the reception area.
Prices are based on self catering and include linen, towels, local tourist tax and end of stay clean (although you do need to leave the kitchen area clean). There is a also a lounge bar which serves beer, wine and cocktails. Open from 4pm to 9pm. You can also get breakfast for approximately 12€ per person per day. Access to the pool is also included.
The residence does also work with a local catering company and there is a menu at reception which you can order from if you would like to have meals delivered for you to either eat in your apartment or in the restaurant area of the residence.
A refundable deposit of €250 is payable upon arrival (credit/debit cards accepted).

these have a double bed in the bedroom area which is separated by a sliding door from the lounge/kitchen where there is also a sofa bed for 2 people. Bathroom and toilet.

One double bedroom, one single bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge area (sleeping 1 or 2 people) . Kitchen, bathroom and toilet. These are available on request.
2 bedrooms (55 sq m) for 4 – 6 people (2 room apt)
2 double or twin bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
3 bedroom apartments (60 – 97 sq m) for 6 – 8 (3 room apt)
These have 3 double or twin rooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet. These are available on request.
3 bedroom apartment (83 sq m) for 8 - 10 people (3 room apt)
This room is available by request only.
These have 1 double room, 1 twin room, 1 quad room and a sofa bed in the lounge area (sleeping 1 or 2 people). Kitchen, bathroom and toilet. These are available on request.
