Zoe, Pete & Alec @ L’ours Blanc were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. What really makes the holiday for us is the personal touch, and from all of you at Zenith, it really comes across that you care about whether we enjoy our holiday, and do everything you can to make sure we do! Much fuss was made of Ewan all week which really made him feel at home, the room was just perfect, (with plenty of hot water!), and the food was once more of a really high standard. Christmas dinner was really excellent and the staff should be very proud of what must have been a massive effort to feed us all so well on Christmas Day! "...We only out once during our stay which was lovely but not a patch on kate, Lucy and Joes superb food was fantastic. Everything was fresh, hot, well presented and tasted amazing! They make a fantastic teamand you are very lucky to have them on board...You do not need to improve your chalet staff they could not have done anything different to help make our stay better. "...... at the age of 54 it was my first time skiing, so felt apprehensive!, I needn't have worried, from the time of booking and throughout our stay in Montgenevre (a wonderful place, not just for a 'first-timer' but for everyone) we felt completely supported by friendly caring staff who did everything possible to ensure our stay was enjoyable and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble.
My ski lessons (arranged at time of booking) were excellent - incredibly I was tackling a 'Blue Run' on only the third day, which boosted my confidence immensely!
Our chalet had a cosy atmosphere, evenings were fun sitting around the large table with other guests eating the delicious and imaginatively prepared food. We could then relax in front of the huge log fire, play games and chat. We will continue to recommend Zenith to all our friends and family. A super ski holiday!" Mrs G - Feb 2010
"Just a quick email to say thank you to all your staff for an excellent holiday. We returned from Montgenevre yesterday and had an excellent week. We were well looked after by Sue, Tom and Chris with nothing ever too much of a problem and we were made to feel very welcome. The accommodation was well located and I think all the guests agreed that this was some of the best chalet food we had all experienced.
Montgenevre was a resort that I had never heard of but works brilliantly for beginners or for those with young families, while also providing enough skiing for those who have skied before - I will definitely be recommending it (and Zenith of course!) to all of my friends and it wouldn't surprise me if you saw us back at some point next year. It is also worth noting that in the resort prices were very reasonable - I think the experience of many skiing in France last year was that everything was horrendously expensive - that is definitely not the case in Montgenevre which was a very pleasant surprise. Once again, please pass on my thanks to all of your team.

"I was very impressed with the fact that even though we had booked our own flights you took the trouble to find flights which I could catch and provide costing as this made booking it up very easy and stress free. The late afternoon flight timings made it all the more enjoyable. I would be very likely to use Zenith again. "What we loved was the flexibility of the staff. They were so willing to help us with booking the dates and rooms we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble! The chalet hosts were great and tried very hard to make everything special. The chalet itself was really lovely. The open fire, the sense of space and the location right next to the piste made it superb. The driver Jimmy should be congratulated, his driving over a very icy mountain pass was reassuringly steady and controlled.
The photos of the Chalet Ridon do not do it justice, it is a gem and very unusual. We were impressed that we could phone on a Sunday evening and speak to Katie in person, as we needed to organise our holiday at the last minute." Jane Dec 2010

"Alison our resort rep was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she was a real highlight for the trip. Chalet staff very friendly and sweet although lacking a little confidence and polish. Call centre were exceptionally helpful and everone seemed very sincere in trying to make our trip work. Was very impressed we were able to switched a booked room for a spare room we preferred with no hassle and also to use the showere/room on the last day - by far the best chalet changeover experience I've ever had - no stress at all." “ I just thought I would write a quick note of thanks for our recent holiday with you in Chalet Amandier, Serre Chevalier, between March 4-11.
We were looked after by Jimi, Will and Paul. We had a brilliant holiday and enjoyed exploring a new resort. It was a great team effort, but I would like to single Jimi out in particular who was especially attentive and nothing was too much bother for him. My girlfriend hurt her leg one afternoon and had to get the lift down to Chantemerle but Jimi was very quick to drive over in the van to help her out and take her to the chalet.
The guys all echo my thanks and we would definitely use Zenith again for a calm, enjoyable and fun-filled trip to the slopes.

Chalet Louis Feedback
“We have just returned from a fantastic week’s skiing in Alpe D’huez, staying in Chalet Louis and wanted to write to say how fantastically we were looked after by both Wilf (our chalet host) and Kirsteen (the resort rep). We have stayed in several catered chalets on skiing holidays over the years, but our Zenith holidays experience was without a doubt the best. The food was fantastic, the chalet spotless and our Zenith chalet host ensured the chalet felt like home from the moment that we arrived to the moment that we left.
Spencer unfortunately fell awkwardly on day four of our holiday and sustained extensive damage to the ligaments in his knee. Consequently, we needed medical assistance to get home. Kirsteen was fantastic – from taking us to the medical centre to ensuring that the insurance company provided appropriate assistance for our travel home – she couldn’t have done more to support us and make the remainder of our holiday as worry-free as possible.
We understand that we will shortly receive feedback forms from you but did not want to wait to tell you how much we enjoyed our Zenith holiday (despite Spencer’s ski accident) and how very favorably the experience compared to previous skiing holidays that we have had. We hope that you will pass this feedback onto Kirsteen and Wilf.
We would recommend Zenith holidays to anyone and would be happy to provide further information or for any of our comments to be used on your website.

"Back to reality with a jolt this morning! , just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for all of your help with our trip to Alpe Du Huez last week, it all went extremely well and largely down to you for being so attentive to our many and various requests prior to leaving.
The accommodation far exceeded our expectations as regards space, comfort and general level of finish and again both Sarah and Abbie took good care of us while we were there. The weather was hot and sunny and the only thing missing was some outdoor furniture for the balcony (not a criticism ) where you could air your feet after a long day on the slopes !

Our rep, Kirsteen, was incredibly helpful and went far beyond the call of duty. She was so kind to arrange a dentist appointment for me and give me a lift to Huez and wait for me there, not to mention help with my french! I would have been lost without her. She also spent alot of time with my friend when he had to report his wallet as stolen.
Peter, our chalet host, was similarly really nice and helpful, and his food was excellent.

From our first enquiry with you a year ago until the end of our trip it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Zenith; excellent service throughout the booking process - particularly liked that staff can talk about the accommodation from personal experience and a lovely touch to be called by the resort rep prior to our departure! We had a fantastic week in Alpe D'huez;
Mark was a great rep, he had everything organised for us and really helped out on the first morning with getting our skis etc from the shop & our son to ski school on time. He was always there when we needed anything, sorting out private lessons, massages & a restaurant booking for us throughout the week, no bother at all, and was knowledgeable about the resort facilities & the skiing.
Peter was a great chalet host too, also knowledgeable about the resort and ski area - he was very good company & cooked lovely food! Really appreciated him doing an early meal for our son so we could enjoy our meal later. The only thing we would change is to have had more fresh snow, but there's nothing anyone can do about that!!
So we won't have any hesitation in booking with Zenith again, after years of ski trips with the big holiday companies what a breath of fresh air to receive such great service and care taken to ensure we had a brilliant holiday.

“A beautiful chalet that is close enough to enjoy Morzine but far enough out to be tranquil. If one said the good folk at Zenith Holidays were helpful and were unfazed by the several twists turns and the masterful ‘mmm, I’m not sure I can make up my mind just yet, and, oh, the dates…. ah well, yes’ customer dance in which I specialise, that should rightly elicit a response of ‘so what?, that’s their job’, and you’d be right.
If I said, Zenith Holidays put their several years’ experience of the travel and holiday business at my disposal you might imagine I liked the firm’s director Katie whom I happened to know and was seduced by the dulcet tones of Sara, the lady with whom I was in telephone and email contact. You’d be right, but that’d be to miss the point.
To be told ‘I never list a hotel at which I’ve not stayed’, now that’s saying something. We were recommended the Park Hotel in Ljubljana is a good standard 3 star hotel - I nearly said no great surprises, but then there was a little tiny birthday card - my wife failed to understand my surprise saying ‘you’ve shown half of Europe your passport, how could you be amazed at being the recipient of birthday greeting’, in any event, it left me grinning like a 10 year old.
And then I practised the ‘I’m on holiday – oh I left my brain back in Blighty, time for a small panic’ routine [no, the details are cringe inducing so, I’ll not outline them] anyway, I fired off an email and I got a response in 25 minutes – all before breakfast – I had a feeling it’s have been quicker if my smartphone had been as smart as advertised.
On the day we were due to leave, I spotted a British couple at the hotel reception making frantic telephone calls – using 3 handsets trying to get back home – they’d had to truncate their holiday because the lady’s father had been taken to intensive care. I couldn’t help but think, if only they’d booked with Zenith Holidays, their return, especially at such a dark hour could have been rendered infinitely free of hassle, headache and possibly expense.
Of course I talk too much, but that was my [brief] way of saying not only would I trust Zenith Holidays to organise my next and every other holiday, I’d recommend them without any qualification. Ade, Sept 11
