Ski Holidays in Sauze D'Oulx
Situated at one end of the 400km lift-linked Via Lattea (Milky Way), Sauze d'Oulx is one of the larger resorts of the area.
Sauze has a much better than average sunshine record and much above average skiing; 90km of the area's pistes have artificial snow-making facilities (with over 1000 snow cannons).
There are excellent English-speaking ski and snowboard schools and ski/board hire shops.
Do be aware that transfers buses and coaches are not allowed in the resort so, for some accommodations, the last bit of the journey will be by foot through the village to the accommodation.
Skiing & Boarding in Sauze D'Oulx
With access to over 400km of pistes there is excellent skiing available for all abilities: while Sauze provides mainly intermediate runs, for advanced skiers there is an easy connection to Sestriere and the black runs at the top of Mount Motta and Mount Sises, and the World Cup Kandahar Slalom and Kandahar Barchetta runs.
Additionally, snowboarding is well catered for, and increasingly popular.

Sauze D'Oulx by train
The resort of Sauze D'Oulx is easiy reached from Turin airport but can just as easily - indeed, its a shorter transfer - be reached from Oulx train station.
Trains run regularly from Paris and can be combined with the Eurostar from London - packages can be purchased with all our Sauze accommodation.
