The 4 star Hotel Breza has 154 rooms , restaurant, bar TV room, and a gym and thermal pool. It was the first hotel in the complex to be built and was completely renovated in 2009 and a new wing was added with more rooms.

- There are 3 different wellness areas within Terme Olimia - Wellness centre Spa Armonia within the Hotel Sotelia (for massages, facials, body treatments, pedicures/manicures), Wellness centre Termalija with it's pool oasis, sauna world (9 saunas), spa & beauty centre and fitness studio and Wellness Orhidelia with its relaxation areas ,saunas, jacuzzis, pools and geysers. Massage and detox treatments are also available. Access to the Orhidelia wellness area is payable (15€ per person) unless it is already included in a specific package. Similarly all treatments are payable unless in a prebooked package.

Hotel Breza 
Prices are based on half board (buffet style) and include free entrance to the pools in the wellness centre Termilhja & the Aqualuna thermal water park. Free fitness, water aerobics and morning exercise classes as well as a daily programme of activities and entertainment. Bathrobes are provided.
Full board is available at a supplement. Entrance to the Orhidelia Wellness centre is 15€ per day and entrance to the sauna world in Termalija is 9€ per day. Night swimming is available on Fridays and Saturdays.
All rooms are ensuite and have satellite TV, minibar, safe. Rooms with balcony and air conditioning available. Wifi is available in the public areas of the hotel.
Car hire is included in the cost but we can arrange transfers , this may incur an extra supplement.
