The Village Lipa consists of 25 houses and 136 apartments. There is a a guest house with a restaurant and coffee house, a beauty centre and also a shop which sells groceries, newspapers, souvenirs and sportswear.

- There are 3 different wellness areas within Terme Olimia - Wellness centre Spa Armonia within the Hotel Sotelia (for massages, facials, body treatments, pedicures/manicures), Wellness centre Termalija with it's pool oasis, sauna world (9 saunas), spa & beauty centre and fitness studio and Wellness Orhidelia with its relaxation areas ,saunas, jacuzzis, pools and geysers. Massage and detox treatments are also available. Access to the Orhidelia wellness area is payable (15€ per person) unless it is already included in a specific package. Similarly all treatments are payable unless in a prebooked package.

Village Lipa 
The apartments range in size sleeping from 2 to 5 people. The prices include free entrance to all the swimming pools in the Termalje wellness centre, hotel Breza, Aqualuna Waterpark and the WaterPlanet in Terme Tuhelj.
Towels, bed linen, final cleaning and local tourist taxes are also included in the price. There is water aerobics, morning exercise classes, use of fitness studio and a daily progamme of sports activities and entertainment (all included). Night swimming is avaialble on Fridays and Saturdays.
Car hire is included in the cost but we can arrange transfers , this may incur an extra supplement.
